Don’t use “Not” or “Don’t” in your goals

Setting goals is pretty hard. We tend to set some goals because we want to avoid, escape, or get away from a space that we’re currently in.

But the “Will not eat sweets” or the “I don’t want to gain more weight” goals are not proper goals.
